FOUNDER
Arushi founded Flow for Hope from a deep belief in yoga’s healing power. As a certified instructor she witnessed how movement, breath, and mindfulness help children build strength, calm their nervous systems, and grow self-awareness. That led her to create an initiative serving underserved communities, giving children tools to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally. Under Arushi’s guidance, Flow for Hope offers gentle, playful movement, breathwork, and simple mindfulness. The team brings accessible yoga and wellness programs to children through partnerships with yoga studios, community centers, and other pediatric cancer nonprofits. Flow for Hope operates on the conviction that every child deserves the chance to be well-equipped with physical skills and tools for resilience, focus, and emotional regulation that support lifelong well-being.
Co-Founder
Kaitlin believes that the path to healing begins with community. Combining her love for yoga with a deep commitment to supporting children in their bravest fights, Kaitlin focuses on building partnerships and curating wellness resources that provide comfort to families. She leads programs that bring mindfulness practices to caregivers and young patients, creating safe spaces where well‑being can be nurtured together. Through workshops, collaborative events, and resource sharing, Kaitlin works to connect families with compassionate professionals and practical tools for resilience. Her vision is to create a world where every child facing a health battle feels the support of a global "flow" behind them.
Fundraising Coordinator
Iris is the Fundraising Coordinator at Flow for Hope, translating community energy into sustainable impact; focused on pediatric advocacy, she secures resources for wellness initiatives and care basket programs by cultivating relationships with donors and corporate partners, arranging meaningful event sponsorships, and planning long-term growth strategies to expand Flow for Hope from a regional project into a trusted global resource for children in need, ensuring every dollar she raises brings pediatric patients closer to feeling the steady support and strength of a compassionate global community that serves the needs of the children who need it the most.
